如何在gedit里插入特殊符号。

首先，引用一个老外的帖子：见后文

我选择了第5种

1）安装插件

sudo apt-get install gedit-plugins

2）激活插件

编辑-》首选项-》插件-》勾选“字符表”

3）显示侧边栏及字符表

查看-》勾选“侧边栏”，在出现的“侧边栏”里，切换到字符表标签。

然后就可以在字符表里选择字符，双击可插入。

exist on your keyboard under Ubuntu Linux. Here's what I have so far...

Change Keyboard Layout to the one that has special characters you desire
(Menu: System ⇒ Preferences ⇒ Keyboard ⇒ Layout Tab ⇒ Add a layout)
Input Method Platform + Language Engine that has special characters you desire
(e.g. SCIM (Smart Common Input Method) + m17n-latn-post for typing, say, German characters like "ä", "ß")
Input Method Platform + Language Engine that has capability to convert user-input to special characters you desire
(e.g. with SCIM + Anthy (Japanese Conversion Engine), you can type "やじるし" (meaning "arrow" in Japanese) to get characters like "←", "↑", etc. Also, user-defined entries can be added to the Anthy dictionary)

(e.g. GNOME Character Palette, Character Map)
Application-Specific Features/Plugins/Addons
(e.g. SpecSym Plugin for gedit, abcTajpu addon for Firefox)
Copy & paste from websites (or other documents) that use special characters
