一个医疗工作者家属的一点心声(Some Thoughts From Medical Family)

[2:00AM]Five minutes ago, I sent my wifewho is a nurse to hospital, but can’t sleep due to some thoughts bubble outrelated serials violence incidents between patients and hospital , so writedown those and hope public even government can pay a little attention on it.

Some of patients or people, even most ofthose always think doctors or nurses gained so much illegal payment withoutsatisfied services but with very extremely horrible attitude. Yes I agree thereare definitely some, but not most of them. Oppositely most of medical staffwork very hard with very low pay, get up very early but fall sleep so late, evenno time to have dinner and live with their family as very limit vacation(mywife hasn’t go home when spring festival several years!), you can image thatwhat the world become without any doctor or nurse one day, even one quarter!

I know they are the resolvers you called whenencounter difficult or doubt(specially costs), but I want to show the terribletruth that is the ‘resolver ’ can’t do anything under most of situation butexplain the reason within his scope or report to his supervisor , so mysuggestion is you can record your difficulties which is not very urgent thenrepost to the corresponding management directly. Unfortunately it is verydifficult to find the management lack of sufficient channel, for this point, isthere some medical manager or government tried to fix the key? Obviously no! ornot enough. At least ,it may be better that if there is complaint or reportport, even avoid these serial violence

Additionally very hope correspondingdepartments can advertise medical stuff’s real life and let medical serviceline visible to public in order to minimize misunderstanding between patientsand hospital.

 

【凌晨两点】五分钟前,我才送我作为护士的老婆去医院上班,但是一想到最近发生的一连串医患之间的暴力事件让我不能入睡,因此写下内心的一些想法和见解,希望能得到广大民众的关注,不求奢望相关的政府部门能看到。

有些病人或民众,甚至绝大多数民众都认为医生和护士都总是只会大把拿钱却总是以极其恶劣的态度提供令人不太满意的医疗服务,是的,我同意总有那么一些糟粕在里面作祟,但并不代表大多数医疗工作者,相反他们很多拿着不是很高的收入,起早贪黑,甚至没有时间吃饭没有时间陪家人(我老婆几年都没时间回家过年),你可以试想一下,如果没有他们一天甚至一刻钟,那么世界会如何?

我了解当患病者在治疗过程中遇到困难和疑问,尤其是医疗费用的疑问的时候,这些基层医务工作者被你们认为是唯一能解决问题的人,但是很不幸,我要告诉你们,他们在大多数情况只能在能力范围内解释或者反映到上一级,并不能马上解决问题,很多时候是取决于决策者,比如主任。所以很多时候可以先记录下来问题然后反馈给管理者,如果不是很紧急的话。很不幸地是,绝大多数情况,患者及家属根本无法找到这样一个渠道来反映或者反馈问题,比如信箱之类的,试问有政府或者相关部门试图解决哪怕是想到这个问题么?很明显没有,或者还不够!也许有了这么一个沟通的渠道,最近的暴力事件会避免。

此外,非常希望相关部门能让患者能明白医务工作者的真实生活的方面,并不是一味的报道病人如何,让医院的服务流程更加透明化,最大限度减小医患之间存在的巨大误解!愿政府更加关注医疗行业的监管
