WF-mails not being sent from workflow mailer

Dear all,

12.1.1 on Solaris 10


Workflow notification mailer is working fine and runinng all the time. I verified the notes

and all the above are configured fine.. 

Now, when I send a test mailer to one of the recipients in EBS, mails are not being sent there . I tried with various users also 
but when I try to send mails manually using the note 753845.1, it works fine?

No errors in FND* in APPLCSF/log also

Please run Workflow Diagnostics scripts as per (Oracle Workflow Release 12 Diagnostics [ID 469822.1]).

How to know the last delivered mails from workflow notification mailer ?

Query WF_NOTIFICATIONS table.

The test mailer I sent has status OPEN in the wf_notifications table. Does it mean that the mail is not delivered ?

Thanks as per the note I Run $FND_TOP/sql/wfmlrdbg.sql for a notification id and I checked the status of the message in WF_DEFERRED and WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue. 

IN WF_DEFERRED message state is processed , where as in WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue message state is READY, as per the note, oracle had said to check 
READY in WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT - Check if Notification Mailer is running 

but, my notification mailer is running fine with out any issue

Can you find any errors in the Workflow log file?

Did you mean FND* in APPLCSF/log also ?
I verified it more than 10 times.. not even single error reported

Yes, FNDCPGSC*.txt files.
