log file sync这类等待事件

一般是由频繁的commit操作引起LGWR进程将log_buffer里redo重做信息频繁的写入日志文件。

oracle在提交时，确保重做的完成，并没有一定实时写数据文件。

遇到这种等待查看前台程序与后台接口代码里是不是有没有必要的commit操作。
