自制CocoaPods

1、创建github仓库，提交代码

1、cd到项目本地文件夹，输入命令： 

pod spec create (项目github地址)

2、编辑podspec文件

3、提交podspec文件，创建release

4、引用时Podfile中加入

pod 'TestPods', :git => 'https://github.com/*/TestPods.git'
