Yesterday we readjust the function to fetch a standby hostname.  Originally, we get a standby hostname just by an A hostname.  In reality,
our CGI can be passed into a host name that is not a A host.  So, we have to determine above all whether a host name passed into is an A host's
name.  The next step, the communication status of the host that is specified by its name also have to be probed.

  If and only if an active host and its standby host both are right at their communication, we can get a hostname by another.

  So, original function is too simple to consider exceptions and to mind error operation from usr or the whole system itself.

  Yesterday, our customer sent a part of the source of program uic.  It is said that the uic is the secrete of its technique.  Our customer is
so lazey that they gave many excuses and reasons, but what they added up to was that they did n't want to investigate the infomation of this project.

  However, we have to spend more time in do more work after all.
