社会懈怠（social loafing）

social loafing的最主要原因就是缺乏（evaluation concern）评价焦虑。如果一个团体中的个人表现能被单独评价时，人们就会倾向于更多的付出。

在集体拔河比赛中，个人付出的努力无法单独评价，所以就会产生social loafing。

Faulkner和Williams (1996) 的实验就发现，如果对流水线上工人的产出进行单独评价，他们的生产效率就会提高！
