PayPal详解

一、什么是PAYPAL？如何申请PAYPAL？
     Paypal是现在网络上流行的免费信用卡，现在对包括中国在内的近40个国家开放，Paypal支付将成为以后网上收钱的一个主要方式。但要注意的是：你要完全激活你的帐号，必须要有一张Master卡或Visa卡，否则现在只能申请一个帐号，以后有卡后才能激活。


    进入PAYPAL的申请页面（按----注册）按要求依次填入

    发送后下一页会要求输入Master卡或Visa卡的资料，如果你没有，可以打住不再继续。过一会儿您的邮箱会收到确认信，要将提供其中链接打开，再输入密码即可确认成功。
等您申请好卡后可登录进账号，进入左下角Add credit card填写信息即可激活账号即可！

二、申请办理Master卡或Visa卡的方

    为什么选择工商银行的国际借记卡？
   对于很多人而言，只能办理借记卡，因为任何一个银行的国际信用卡都需要有担保人，而且必须存入一定数量的美金或者是等额的外汇，一般是500至2000美金不等。甚至有的银行连国际借记卡也需要有担保金，比如中国银行。而工商银行的牡丹国际借记卡只用交50元年费，无需存入保证金，而且存款不设最低限额，对于激活paypal而言存入5美元足够。

    申请paypal帐户
    首先www.paypal.com申请一个paypal账户，注册成国际用户，不要注册成美国用户，如果注册成美国用户是无法激活中国的借记卡。
    paypal是用来收钱的，不是用来赚钱的，不要企图玩任何花样，否则paypal会删除帐号。              
    递交申请
    稍微大一点的工商银行都受理国际借记卡的业务，但是它只是负责收钱和将你的申请表格送到北京的中国工商银行卡部国际卡处，真正办理的是国际卡处。填申请表格的时候需要你的身份证原件和复印件。除了50圆的年费外，应该不会有手续费。

    取卡存钱
   大约两周，也就是10个工作日以后，你申请时的银行会打电话通知你卡到了，取卡的时候需要带上自己的身份证。要注意卡号和信封里的卡号是否一致，防止错拿。信封有一个密码，也就是卡的取款密码，国内很少有支持国际借记卡的自动取款机，即使是银行柜台也无法更改密码。这个密码所以无需更改，自己记牢，将来有机会再改。告诉柜台的服务员要存入5美元（没办理过此项业务的服务员会有点慌张，呵呵，可能会进去请示主任才知道怎么办理）。服务员会给你一张存单，让你签名，存单应该保留好。存入的5美元不会即时入帐，也是要送到北京的国际卡处，由北京那边的工作人员为你存上，需要5个工作日，也就是一周的的时间，钱就会存上。

    网上银行开户
    同时，去下面的网址申请申请网上银行开户：https://202.99.30.219/intermdk/perbank/login.htm上去后，点右边的“申请开户”，填写内容，注意要和你申请时的内容一致。这个网上银行主要是方便以后的查账和看对帐单，和下面提到的网上支付功能不是一个概念。
                  网上银行的密码会在两到三个工作日随下面的email发给你。

     这时就可以登录了，当然除了一些基本信息外，其他可能都是空的，因为钱可能还没有存上。         
     开通网上支付
   有两种查询钱存上没有的办法：一周后打电话[phone]查询5美元钱存上没有，电话银行的查询密码应该是16位卡号的最后四位，可以更改；另外就是通过上面的网上银行查询。如果存上了，就可以申请开通网上支持功能，按电话语音提示选择人工服务，告诉工作人员需要开通网上支付。他们会传真牡丹国际卡无卡（网上）交易申请表给你，没有传真机就告诉他们的电子邮箱地址，他们会发电邮给你。由于开通网上支付需要你的亲笔签名，需要有传真机回传申请表。传回表后过几个小时就能开通了网上支付功能了。

                  激活Paypal
                  以上的成功后，可以激活paypal账户了：
                  1.登陆Paypal帐号，按左上方的Add credit card。
                  2.进入新的页面后在credit card number:填入16位国际借记卡号
                  3.在card verification
                  number:填借记卡的验证号，就是背面卡号后面的最后三位数字（不是卡号的最后三位， 是在卡号后面另外的三位）。
                  5.expiration date:填入到期日，在卡的正面可以找到，比如我的是04/03，也就是2003年4月到期
                  7.first name要再填一次你注册时的名，姓是已经填好的
                  8.按add credit card就可以了
                  9 这时并没有激活Paypal卡。paypal会发email到你的注册邮箱，提示你怎么激活（信的内容如下）

     信里有几点很重要，如果是网上查询帐单的话大约需要四个工作日的时间，如果没有的话，就只能等银行给你寄交易明细（printedstatement）。这也就是为什么要开通五中提到的网上银行的原因。大约三个工作日之后去网上银行余额，会发现少了1.95美元。再过一个工作日查询明细，可以看到：有一笔消费的交易，金额是1.95,再按这笔交易的序号看到交易商户一览写着PayPal XXXX,那4个XXXX就是PayPal给的确认码，也就是信中提到的MemberNumber！点击信中的链接登陆Paypal后，将这4个数字填上去，Paypal就激活了！你会发现自己的paypal帐号中有verified的字样。注意，你的paypal帐号激活以后，paypal不会email你。

     信的末尾paypal还提醒用户在收到对帐单之前不要打电话到卡部询问确认码，而且如果发卡处向paypal投诉有人这么做的话，paypal会永远取消这个人的paypal帐号。
