网页跳转到指定APP

点击网页链接跳转到指定APP

需求是用户点击链接，自动判断用户是否已下载了APP，如果已下载就直接打开APP,如果未下载就跳到APP Store。

iOS需要在头部文件加上

app-id是你APP的id.

*以上代码就可以实现在浏览器上打开链接直接打开APP或跳转到下载页。微信公众号的只能先跳到应用宝上再打开APP.
