cxf整合spring 命名空间问题 （nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException）

最近发现很多人和我一样遇到如下问题
CXF整合spring 报
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 21; columnNumber: 66; cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: 通配符的匹配很全面,
但无法找到元素 'jaxws:endpoint' 的声明。
原因和解决办法：
http://cxf.apache.org/schemas/jaxws.xsd eclipse中无法访问
方法：
1：浏览器中输入：http://cxf.apache.org/schemas/jaxws.xsd
2: 另存为xsd文件到本地
2： eclipse 导入本地xsd 文件 Windows---》preference ---〉xml catalog ---- >add ---->选择xsd 文件 ---〉OK
