【English】No Failure

【Mini story】

        上周我们结束了AJ NO 28 的学习，今天给大家带来励志的No Failure —— 没有失败！

        Watt是个有志向的小伙子，他想拥有一台自己的摩托车，不是去买一辆（PS：哈雷官网查了查，真的是太贵了），而是自己动手做一辆。

        The first time he tried to build a motorcycle exploded!! POW！！That's too dangerous！

        Of course，Watt felt bad.He beat himself up about it，he criticized himself “Watt ，damn it！You are so damn stupid！You're a failure!” 

                                                 

        
        But Watt didn't give up.The second time he tried，he dropped his tools and he fumbled around and he made a  lot of mistakes and the next bike would not start.He was clumsy at the second time.He dropped his tools.The second time he did not beat himself up，he got something out of  the experience，he learned something from it.
        Watt learned something from the experience and so he tried again.In fact，he build 108 more motorcycles.Unfortunately，none of them would start，but each time he got something out of it，each time he learned something new.He got something out of each new attempt.
        And finally one day he said“I get it！I get it！I know how to do it！”He understand how to build a motorcyle that works，that starts，and runs.
        Watt finally build a big,fast,red and black Harley-Davidson Motorocycle.Watt was successful and happy.And so every day he cruised along the street with a  huge smile.His motorcycle worked perfectly。Watt was very very happy！                   

                

                                                      

【Main text】

        这次的故事来源终于不是书了，而是一个 website。其中有一篇文章名为 “There is No failure ，only learning experience”。这一点也是AJ老师赞同的核心理念。You will get everything you want in your life，just by believing this，this simple thing.        
        文章有一些很棒的话分享给大家：
        “…… There is no such thing as failure until we lable something as failure  
        实际上没有失败这一说，除非我们自己把某些事情定义为失败。


        There is  no failure,no failure,only results,only learning experiences,only feedback.
        没有失败，只有结果，只有学习的经验，只有经历的反馈。


        The point is you don't label yourself as a failure .You don't say "I failed."You  didn't fail.     
        不把自己定义成失败，很重要的一点就是，不要对自己说“我失败了！”实际上你并没有失败。


        You learned something from those experiences .Or you can learn something if you will think differently.
        你可以从这些经验中学习到很多东西。或者你换个思考的角度，你真的能够学到一些东西。
        
        It's a great opportunity,but only if you see it as a learning experience,only if you have this belief.

         只有当你看到它并且认为它是一个学习经验，那么这就是一个超赞的机会，但只有当你有这样信念的时候。

         There is no failure，there's only learning. ……”

        从来没有失败这件事情，只有不断的学习。

                                              

 

【Little Tail】

        没有觉得这次的main text过于鸡汤，因为我们学习工作生活中，真的是这个样子。你把自己当loser看待，啥啥都是灰暗惨淡的。但你把每次的结果都作为一次经历和学习，踏上这些学习的机会，你就可以做的越来越好。
        就是这样一个简单想法和理念，真的能够影响你生活的方方面面，感觉尤其对于成长中小朋友来说，no failure这一点真的很重要。对于工作和学习中的成年人来说，No failure 可以成为你勇往直前的永动机。
