云采审批接口——撤回单据

说明：该文档主要是提供单据撤回的后台服务api，供云采的开发适配调用。

撤回单据

用途：

初始化待办页面时，取得待办的分类及各个分类下的待办数量

key 参数类型 是否必须 备注 tenantId String 是 租户ID billType String 是 单据类型 userCode String 是 用户编码 appcode String 是 业务系统编码（写死cpu） orgId int 是 提交人所属部门的ID data JSONObject 是 所有单据相关的数据对象 businessKey String 是 单据的businessKey

撤回单据

用途：

提交单据到云审后，在没有被审批时，制单人可以撤回单据。
