IDEA Unable to save settings: Failed to save settings. Please restart IntelliJ IDEA

重装系统后，运行以前项目的时候出现Unable to save settings: Failed to save settings. Please restart IntelliJ IDEA。

查看.IntelliJIdea2017.1\system\log目录下的日志文件发现：

Caused by: com.intellij.openapi.util.io.FileUtilRt$NIOReflect$1$2: Failed to delete F:\myspring\.idea\workspace.xml
2017-05-22 12:52:28,801 [ 699124] WARN - j.util.io.SafeFileOutputStream - F:\myspring\.idea\workspace.xml (拒绝访问。)

接着去查看项目文件的权限，

发现所有者是未知账户，原因是该文件是在原来操作系统的账户下创建的，解决方法是更改所有者并且删掉未知账户。重新启动idea发现问题解决
