报错全称为：

Error:Connection timed out: connect. If you are behind an HTTP proxy, please configure the proxy settings either in IDE or Gradle.

原因为：

  AndroidStudio在下载gradle文件时下载失败

解决方法：

  同：AndroidStudio导入他人项目时，卡在Building ‘xxx’ gradle project info位置不动 http://blog.csdn.net/zxc514257857/article/details/57619554

  另：检查自己电脑的防火墙是否打开，防火墙若打开建议关闭防火墙
