AOL AIM的新服务条款

从Keith看来的。借用Sidney Sheldon在《假若明天来临》里的话说，就是"Customers, you are going to be roally fucked by AOL"。  长话短说，AOL的服务条款加了一条，说明用户自动放弃对AIM上发布的内容的隐私权。AOL有权利用各种方式使用那些内容。原文是：by posting Content on an AIM Product, you grant AOL, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, agents and licensees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to reproduce, display, perform, distribute, adapt and promote this Content in any medium. You waive any right to privacy.'" （来自slashdot) 。当初就觉得AOL的东西不论从设计到客户服务（如果你用过他们的免费CD，就明白了），都是把用户当傻瓜玩儿的。现在这个新条款更印证了我的想法。 对了，ICQ也是AOL的，如果你用ICQ的话，最好去检查它的服务条款。看到slashdot上一个家伙说他在AIM上的言论从来都是4096位加密的，因为他从不相信AOL。笑死。
