搭建springmvc项目访问url请求报错

前提：一直觉得自己对springmvc理解的不够深刻，沉下心想深入了解一下，于是就自己搭建了一个springmvc项目，结果访问controller一直报错开发环境：idea，springmvc4.2.6，maven3.2.6遇见问题：HTTP Status 500 - Circular view path [index]: would dispatch back to the current handler URL [/springmvc_maven_demo/home/index] again. Check your ViewResolver setup! (Hint: This may be the result of an unspecified view, due to default view name generation.)

看着错误提示 This may be the result of an unspecified view, due to default view name generation.
意思是 找不到指定的视图
一开始以为是文件路径有问题

仔细看也没有问题，一开始没想明白，后来去查web.xml才知道原来是这个文件没引用造成的

以前没深思过期间的调用过程，都是直接在已有的框架写。知其然不知其所以然，引以为戒
