PixelSky Games respects the users of its websites (the “Sites”) and all PixelSky games on different platforms such as iOS and Android (the “Games”). Protecting your personal information is one of our top priorities. Our Privacy Policy applies to the Sites and Games and governs data collection and usage. This statement explains what information is gathered through a visit to the Sites and/or use of the Games, and how such information is used.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

PixelSky does not automatically collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, from your visit to the Sites and/or Games However, non-personal information about your devices and software may be automatically collected by PixelSky. This information may include your IP address, operating system("OS"), browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses, device ID (persistent/non-persistent), hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), your email address (if you have connected to Facebook, Apple’s Game Center, Google+ or other social networks), and your location (based on your IP address. This information is gathered to provide general statistics regarding the Sites and/or Games and to enhance your online experience.


PixelSky may request that you give us personal information such as your name, e-mail address, and location; demographic information such as your age; and personal preference information such as your tastes in video game platforms and gameplay. The Games may also save your progress in order to improve your gaming experience. Submitted information will be used by PixelSky only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including without limitation the improvement of our products, services, and the contents of PixelSky. PixelSky may share such information with our business and promotional partners to further those interests. Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, PixelSky may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from PixelSky and its affiliates. PixelSky does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction.


PixelSky will disclose your personally identifiable information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to identify, contact, or bring to legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with PixelSky’s rights or property, other users of PixelSky, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

PixelSky is not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites or platforms such as social networks that may be linked to the PixelSky Sites or Games. PixelSky is also not responsible for any information that you share with linked third party websites or platforms. PixelSky recommends that you refer to each linked third party’s respective privacy policy and practices before disclosing any information.

Malware/Spyware/Viruses

Neither PixelSky nor the Sites and/or the Games knowingly permit the use of malicious software such as malware, and spyware.

Use of Cookies

The PixelSky Sites may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, are restricted for use only on the Sites, and do not transfer any personal information to any other party. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.  One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time by, among other things, saving your preferences for you and helping PixelSky to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. Children Age 13 and Under

PixelSky does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the PixelSky Sites and/or the Games and we request that you do not submit any personal information including your name, address, telephone number, or email address to the PixelSky Sites and/or the Games.


It is important that you understand that PixelSky may use social networks in the Sites and/or Games to allow users who are 13 years old or older to have fun by exchanging their gameplay events with other users over the age of 13. The Social Networks PixelSky uses are based on prominent third party social networks, like Facebook, Apple’s Game Center, Google+ and etc. PixelSky relies on the age restrictions from these networks to make sure only users over the age of 13 can share information.
