myeclipse中xml读取xsd失败----- cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaratio

错误描述：

Multiple annotations found at this line:
 - cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'dubbo:reference'.
 - schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo/dubbo.xsd', because 1) could
  not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>.

检查发现已下载该xsd文件（maven项目在dubbo.jar的META-INFO文件下），但还是无法读取。

解决：

点击Windows--》reference--》XML Catalog

在右边User Specified Entries引入xsd,如下图

引入成功后update project一下，错误解决。
