SVN服务器连不上——svn:E170013,svn:E1700113

现象：checkout代码时，报svn:E170013-unable to connect to a repository at url xxx, svn:E1700113: unable to connect to remote host: no route to host。

尝试方案：
1.服务器能ping通。
2.重启svn服务器。
3.查看端口 netstat -ln | grep 3690，没问题，端口正在被监听。
4.使用telnet连接服务器，也连不上： unable to connect to remote host: no route to host。
5.使用ssh连接服务器，连上了。
6.重启iptable: systemctl restart iptables. 总算成功了。
