Scrum is one of the frameworks following the guideline of agile methodologies.

In Scrum, iteration is equal to sprint.

An epic story can be defined as a large undefined user story that needs to be broken down in smaller pieces before it can be used.

Product backlogs are related to the tasks to be done for the overall product.

Sprint backlogs are the ones that need to be completed in the current sprint.

A user story- simply put, is a way to define a software feature from an end-user perspective, note the emphasis.

Another aspect related to user stories are the user story points. These points are a way to estimate the task size.

Four kinds of meetings: morning stand-up meeting, planning meeting, review meeting andretrospective  meeting.Retrospective meeting is a meeting talking about things we didn't do well and how to improve while the review meeting is just for a review of the tasks already done.

Use a parking lot. There are legitimate things for a team to talk about in the morning that don’t fit the tightly-defined purpose of the Daily Scrum. Use a parking lot (i.e. a flip chart or section of a whiteboard) to capture those topics. Address them right after the Daily Scrum is over. You can even let team members add items to the parking lot outside of the meeting to be addressed in the next “parking lot time.” That way, they’re not trying to remember their parking lot topic when they should be paying attention to the Daily Scrum.
