python卸载没卸载干净导致再次安装失败

错误内容如下：

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support or package vendor' I have no bloody idea what this means so please help

具体原因不知道什么问题，应该是是之前卸载没卸载干净。

解决方法是安装时候选择user时候，不要选择for all users，只安装在自己用户下可以安装完成。
