discuzx伪静态指定的专题不存在

论坛开启伪静态后无论打开那个文章都显示指定的专题不存在，在官方网站复制的规则如下：

其中第一个规则为专题规则，把第一个规则和第二个规则互换下，ok，就不会出现指定的专题不存在的情况了
