ADMA 2009 Call for Papers

A growing attention has been paid to the study,development and application of data mining. As a result there is anurgent need for sophisticated techniques and tools that can handle newfields of data mining, e.g. spatial data mining in the context ofspatial-temporal characteristics, streaming data mining, and biomedicaldata mining. Our knowledge on data mining should also have to beexpanded to new applications. The 5 th International Conference onAdvanced Data Mining and Applications (ADMA2009) aims at bringingtogether the experts on data mining in the world, and provides aleading international forum for the dissemination of original researchresults in data mining, spanning applications, algorithms, software andsystems, and different applied disciplines with potential in datamining.

The 1stInternational Conference on Advanced Data Mining and Applications (ADMA2005) was successfully held in Wuhan , China , and the proceedings werepublished by Springer in LNAI 3584. The 2nd International Conference onAdvanced Data Mining and Applications (ADMA 2006) was held in Xi'An ,China , and the proceedings were also published by Springer in LNAI4093. The 3rd ADMA 2007 was sponsored by Harbin Institute ofTechnology, and the proceedings were published by Springer in LNAI4632. The 4th ADMA 2008 was held by Sichuan University, and theproceedings were published by Springer in LNAI 5139.
