    Dear *** Products Customer Service,

 

        On January 5, I purchased a *** laptop, a satellite u205-s5002, from Best Buy on 1375 6th Avenue(bet 55th & 56th St) New York, NY 10019.

       

         I paid a sale price of $ 899.99 plus tax. Unfortunately, the laptop does not function. Three days ago, it suddenly started malfunctioning. At the top of the screen I could see black lines up and down. I immediately brought the laptop into Best Buy where I purchased it. The 'Best Buy' people told me that the manufacturer, ***, is responsible for all defects. Please let me know at once how you plan to find any solutions for the problem. I can't help worrying about my laptop's malfunctioning.
