Release information

You can access release information (as of SAP R/3 4.0) in the system by choosing Help -> Release Notes.

SAP Library or SAP Help Portal (http://help.sap.com)

You can access the SAP Library from the SAP system by choosing Help -> SAP Library. In some transactions and functions, you can choose Help -> Application Help to go to the corresponding documentation in the SAP Library directly. For SAP R/3, the paths are specified as of Release 4.6C. However, in most cases, the path to Release 4.6C is also valid for lower releases, for example for Release 4.6B.
As of SAP ERP 2004, you can choose the i pushbutton to go from archive administration (transaction SARA) directly to the description of the relevant archiving object.
