解决方法 ：
把创建的 .json 文件内容中的 version 版本提高，大约等于写提示中
==> homestead-7: Adding box ‘laravel/homestead’ (v3.0.0) for provider: virtualbox
V3.0.0版本号大，这样可以避免检测更新（亲测，被坑一晚上的问题）
