创建标签库描述文件

在項目的web-inf下new xml，文件重命名為xxx.tld–>create xml file from an xml schema file–>select xml catalog entry–>key選擇http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-jsptaglibrary_2_0.xsd–>namespace information中把xml移除，finish
只能保證差不多，標籤中會多了一些j2ee，應該不會影響正常運行，想去掉可以namespace information中編輯j2ee的prefix把j2ee刪掉。
