使用maven创建java项目报错connect timed out

刚入职配置环境，使用maven创建项目时报错，报错信息为：
CoreException: Could not calculate build plan: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.1 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:jar:3.1: ArtifactResolutionException: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:pom:3.1 from/to aliyun (http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/): connect timed out

maven配置时已使用阿里云镜像，依然显示connect time out，所以怀疑是中央仓库问题，但是已经使用国内阿里云，后来折腾了一天，找老员工拿了settings.xml文件直接覆盖，所有问题都解决了。

总结，每个公司的网络可能会有限制，因此配置环境时尽可能找老员工的来做参考可以节省很多时间。
