踩到一个坑，记录一下。

在做过adg 做switch  over  发现新主库

新备库

解决：COMPATIBLE不一致。

一个11.2.0.0.0  一个11.2.0.3.0

 alter system set compatible='11.2.0.3.0' scope=spfile sid='*';  把低版本的升级到高版本完事。
