WebLogic配置oracle数据源出错-Oracle the network adapter could not establish the connection

在weblogic上配置oracle数据源时，报错：
解决方法：
打开oracle服务器的Net Manager；
点击添加地址，将本机的ip填在主机栏，退出选择保存；
重启oracle监听服务：
- CMD命令行重启：lsnrctl stop->lsnrctl start；
- 右击“我的电脑”->选择“管理”->选择“服务与应用程序”->找到oracle的监听服务，右键选择“重新启动”。
然后再去进行连接测试，连接成功。
