搭建python开发环境

目标：

　　１.windows下安装python3
　　２.pip 的使用
　　３.ide pycharm的配置

写了大篇，发现有人已经总结得比我好的，所以推荐阅读这里

pip 的使用

pip 的安装,若是按照以上操作进行安装python,则默认pip安装好了，可以忽略此步骤.

a. 下载piptar.gz文件并解压．
　
b. 解压文件并到解压目录里运行 python setup.py install

pip安装python第三方库

如：

　　pip install urllib3
　　pip install -i http:/asdasas/asda/das.xx

Implied with --no-                              index.
