原因是没有正确安装交换机，这里采用的是cpqd。
运行如下命令即可，但是如果还是出现问题，就要多运行几次，我是第二次运行的时候才恢复正常的。。。
进入ofsoftswitch13/ 目录下，执行
$ ./boot.sh$ ./configure$ make$ sudo make install即可
