今天在启动bat脚本打开nginx的时候发现失败了，然后查看nginx的日志，报错提示：24 CreateFile() "E:\wwwroot\nginx/html/50x.html" failed (2: The system cannot find the file specified；
原因：没有权限创建文件，应该是以管理员身份启动脚本；
