关于jedis异常：Could not get a resource from the pool

今天在运行程序的时候报了一个异常，大多是异常都是Caused by: redis.clients.jedis.exceptions.JedisConnectionException: Could not get a resource from the pool。
且redis.maxIdle=30
redis.minIdle=10
redis.maxTotal=100都没有问题，所以可以看出有可能是redis/jedis的问题。
这一般情况下是新手容易出现的问题
我的解决方法：打开redis-server.exe运行就好
