markdown2 打开出错 unexcepted error

win 8 系统在打开markdown2 的时候会出错显示 unexcepted error
错误第一行为
Unexpected Error An unexpected error has occurred The invocation of the constructor on type 'MarkDownPad2.UserControls.MarkdownEditor' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception. 如图
解决这个问题就需要改一下注册表。
- windows ＋ r 输入regedit 打开注册表
- 找到以下路径
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FipsAlgorithmPolicy
并将值改为0 然后重启计算机再打开markdownpad2就可以了
