1、这个配了快两天了，也没成功，LAPACK一直装不上啊啊啊啊！！！！！

      等有时间了我会继续配的(自从装了Linux就不想再回来看这个问题了）

2、已解决的问题

1）ValueError: jpeg is required unless explicitly disabled using --disable-jpeg, aborting

3、未解决的问题

1）numpy.distutils.system_info.NotFoundError: no lapack/blas resources found

于是去安装LAPACK，但是LAPACK安装不上，遇到下面问题

mingw32-make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
