R12.1.3 ATP Data Collection requests failed

Our Oracle EBS instance was migrated to Oracle Exadata. After that, nearly all the ATP Data Collection requests failed.

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0; Oracle Applications : 12.1.3

1. ATP Data Pull failed, log file as below:

07-NOV 09:44:57 : All the Assigned Tasks are completed.
07-NOV 09:44:57 : ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
07-NOV 09:44:57 : Telling the worker 1 to end.
07-NOV 09:44:57 : Telling the worker 2 to end.
07-NOV 09:44:57 : Telling the worker 3 to end.
07-NOV 09:44:57 : Telling the worker 4 to end.
07-NOV 09:44:57 : 1 Worker(s) Completed.
07-NOV 11:43:40 : All Workers have completed.
07-NOV 11:43:40 : Instance ID: 1, Instance code: WW, DBLINK: updated to status C
07-NOV 11:43:40 : Planning Data Pull process failed when waited for workers' acknowledgment of COMMIT.
07-NOV 11:43:40 : ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
07-NOV 11:43:40 : Please check the log files of Planning Data Pull Workers.

2. Planning Data Pull Worker failed. log as below:

07-NOV 11:43:32 : ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

07-NOV 11:43:32 :ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_CL_PULL", line 1690

As per DBA's analysis, there is a profile "MSC: Enable In-Memory Performance Driven Planning" value should be "YES" rather empty.

The issue was solved after changing profile value to "yes" at site level.
