Oracle 11gR2(11.2.0.3) Patchset 中7个不同文件的作用说明

在Oracle 10g 版本的Patchset里面，只有一个文件Disk1.  到了Oracle 11.2.0.2和11.2.0.3 的Patchset 大小是剧增。11.2.0.2 和 11.2.0.3 版本的Patchset 是5G。 这5G 有7个文件组成。

 

 

上图是11.2.0.2的一个patchset。 组成的7个文件作用分别如下：

 

第一， 二个包表示database ,  如果升级数据库，只需要这2个文件即可。

第三个包表示grid,  用来升级RAC 的CRS。如果升级RAC 要先用这个文件。

第四个表示客户端，

第五个表示gateways, 

第六个表示 examples,   这个是我们的示例文件安装包。

第七个表示deinstall  .
