可靠性测试上部分

产品可靠性定义的要素是三个“规定”：

规定条件

(1)环境条件：包含温度、湿度、压力、风、雷电、盐雾、尘埃、加速、地震等情况。
(2)操作条件：依使用的型式而造成的负荷、冲击、振动、加热、加速度等操作情况。

规定时间

(1)依使用型式规定的时间：间歇性的使用次数、行驶
距离等。
(2)若为连续使用的系统，则为总使用时数、或任务时
间、总行驶距离等。

规定功能

在无故障的情况下操作（技术指标）。
