2.用 诸如“Nowadays”,“In the modern world”,“In modern life”此类的词。

不是说这些词完全不能用，用了就会怎样怎样，只要你用的恰当都是没有问题的。但是我们是建议是减少这类套词的使用频率，因为它不仅没有任何的用处，更关键的在于可能会引起一部分考官的厌恶。我们都看过太多太多的学生用这些套词了，更何况考官。所以，建议最好还是舍弃掉这些词。

3.没有表明自己的观点或者理由。

你的观点必须贯穿全文。在评分标准里有这样一条：presents a clear position throughout the response,其中“throughout”这一词表明：你的观点需要贯穿全文。具体表现：在介绍段给出自己的观点；在主体段用解释和例子支撑你的观点；在结尾段重申你的观点。这才是贯穿全文。另外，你的idea也是同样的道理。

介绍段的基本结构

 

介绍段的结构非常的简单，你只需要做3件简单的事情。

介绍段的三个要素：

1. 改写话题

2. 给出你的观点

3. 陈述主要的idea

因为你的大部分分数都取决于你的主体段，所以不要在介绍段上花过多的时间，我们应该用最快的时间去写好它。所以，我们只需要将这三个要素合成2句话（40到60个字）就可以了，通常是改写话题为一句话，观点和idea合为一句话。

怎样改写话题？

简而言之就是用自己的语言重述文章的话题。下面介绍三种常见的方法，常常是混合使用。

①近义词

题目的几个关键词，并且用不同的单词替换或者写出他们的近义词。注意：并不是要替换所有的单词，也并不是一点都不能和题目你的单词重复。替换的前提是，你必须有把握用对这个替换词，否则就不要替换。

比如：

consume-use, people-humans-human beings, governments-states, teenagers-adolescents, advantages-benefits

例1：Some people believe that the fast pace and stress of modern life is having a negative effect on families.

high-speed pressure contemporary lifestyles harmful influence family life

&: Many humans feel that family life is being harmed by the high-speed and pressure of contemporary lifestyles.

例2：The continued rise in the world’s population is the greatest problem faced by humanity at the present time.

改写过后的句子: Increasing overpopulation is the biggest threat human beings face today

②重新安排句子结构。

还是上面那个例子，可以通过改变句子结构和少量的单词替换来改写话题。

例如：The biggest threat that people currently face is the continuous increasing of the overpopulation.

③运用单词的不同形式。

名词，形容词，动词，副词等相互转换。

例子：Question: The best way to improve health is to do regular exercise. Do you agree or disagree?

改写：The most effective method in improving heath is considered to be daily exercise

2.给出观点

很多种表达方式，比如：This essay totally/completely agree/disagree with this statement (This essay也可以换成I)

3.陈述主要的idea

不同类型的作文，主要的idea是不同的，我们将在下面详细的说到。

上面给出了两个不合格的反面例子，现在我们给出一个清晰简单的高分介绍段:

Increasing overpopulation is the biggest threat street human beings face today. This essay completely agree with this statement because this will lead to a serious depletion resources and pollution

观点类（opinion）

1.改写话题

2. 陈述你的观点

3.给出两个理由

It is argued that states should charge fast food companies more tax because of the growing amount of men and women with healthy conditions associated with this type of food.This essay totally agrees with that statement because these illnesses cost the health service too much money and increasing the price of junk food would reduce the demand for it.

讨论两边类型（discuss both views）

1.没有背景句的情况

没有背景句的时候，意味着我们将直接写两种观点，怎样写才能不至于字数太少呢？

Some say that…… ,while others would argue that……给出观点和两方观点的论据用让步句将他们连接起来

当考官看到‘argue’时，就会知道我们在表达观点，看到‘although’时，就知道我们同意和反对哪一方的观点。

Some say thatit is more beneficial to be employed with the same company all their lives,while others would argue that it is better to work for a variety of companies. This essay will argue that although working for just one employer gives you more financial and other benefits,working at lots of different places provides an employee with more experience.

2.有背景句的情况

有背景句时，我们需要改写背景句，如果我们还像上面的结构，那我们还需要给出两方的观点，还要给出我们自己的观点和两方观点的论据，那就太多了，所以我们需要精简。基本结构：While some/many people （often/would） feel/argue that（不同意的观点）， I believe that（同意这个观点的原因）

Major violent offences are being carried out by children more often.While some would argue that they should get the same treatment as grown ups(不同意的观点), I believe that they should be treated differently and rehabilitation is a better option

利弊类型（advantages and disadvantages）

Many people feel thatgetting pupils ready for their careers should be the main focus of schools,whereas others believe that schools should have additional purposes. While pay more attention to educate students for career could increase their salary hereafter(disadvantages的理由),I believe that schools should have other functions.（advantages的理由）

或不需要给出观点

Some countries have been increasing the use of airplanes to import produce, which are out of season or impossible to grow.While diversity of fruit and vegetables is the biggest benefit, the stress on the environment produced by airplanes is an important disadvantage.

问题和解决方案类型（Problems and solutions ）

一些有用的句式：The main problemthis causes is+问题的内容 and the most viable solution is (to)+ 解决方案的内容

This essay will suggest that +问题的内容 and that the best solution is to +解决方案的内容

完整的介绍段：IPhones and other devices are being used more often by primary school children.This essay will suggest that they are very distracting and that the best solution is to ban them completely in class.

完整的介绍段：Lots of city centers are highly contested due to an increase in the townships of cars in the last three decades. This essay will argue that this is true only during peak times and that improving public transport and increasing taxes on vehicles will reduce this.
