遇到这个问题我是因为是serviceimpl实现了service层是接口出现的错误，原因是没有开启动态代理，动态代理的配置如下：

在spring aop 中配置：

<aop:aspectj-autoproxy proxy-target-class="true"/>

记得导入jar包依赖

        <dependency>
           <groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
           <artifactId>spring-aspects</artifactId>
           <version>4.3.7.RELEASE</version>
       </dependency>

        <dependency>
           <groupId>aopalliance</groupId>
          <artifactId>aopalliance</artifactId>
          <version>1.0</version>
        </dependency>
