Siebel Menu Bar can NOT be open under IE7 or IE8 Solution
- Open IE Browser, click Tools | Internet Options | Content
- Click “Settings” in AutoComplete Field
- Pick up all the checkBoxes
- Click OK and restart your IE Browser
- Maybe you are able to open Siebel Menu Bar right now.
