• Good spoken and listening English since he/she will work closely with USA peers and may face USA customers.
• Must be smart, even brilliant since he/she should be able to pull out new thoughts and insights fro
• Communication: can quickly understand and identify problems; and express clearly.
• Strong statistic and analysis skills and solid knowledge; be able to carry out research and new types of analyses that lead to new insights, new algorithms and new applications
• Should have R/SAS/SPASS experience.
• Better to have a master or above degree.
• Better to major in computer, mathematics, Econometrics and Mathematical Economic from a known univ.
• Better to Know industry and well understand some domains, especially in retail, supply chain areas.
