Goal
The option to Void the payment of a Prepayment Invoice is not available.
Query The Payment in the Payments Workbench, Click Actions.
Notice Void Check Box is Grey.
Solution
Before one is able to Void a Payment of a Prepayment Invoice that prepayment must not be applied to any other invoice.
Unapply the Prepayment and then Void the Payment of the Prepayment.
