什么是Enterprise search.

什么是Guided navigation

Guided navigation有很多不同的叫法，比如说Google和Autonomy称为Parametric Search，很多sales称为Directed Navigation，还有人称为Faceted Search，Drill down, Guide search.

Guided Navigation is a feature that guides users to narrow their searchresults while helping them avoid dead ends.  Traditional "AdvancedSearch" screens have long offered the same narrowing capabilities butwith no guidance and no guarantee of avoiding dead ends.  GuidedNavigation requires little special use education because it is a commonfeature on the Internet with the strongest roots in e-commerce, andfits well with users' desired experience of entering one or two searchterms then expecting the user experience to hold their hand through therest of the process to finding the data they seek.

 

什么是Federate search

At query time, connect to multiple search engines and collect results,then coordinate and present all results to user in one screen.

 

什么是Media search,

Media search主要是指搜索图像，音频，视频等文件的meta data, object recognization以及演讲文本。
