More work and more tired.  These days we all have to work all day and all night.  Some workmates have to lost their sleep in order to develop a demo on schedule.  Over the burden affects the mind of developers.

 

  Software project management is usually just a useless thing.  To grain money the management of developing is put away.  The schedule is just an ornament.  The name of CMMI level is usually used to adorn a software corporation, it is alike a diploma.
