用下面的破解方法我成功破解了3.13.5的

jira起来后，访问http://ip:8080/时的初始化配置页面的最下面会要求输出授权码，破解方法如下：

新建KeyGen.java，在buildpath里加依赖包atlassian-extras-1.17.jar
