敏捷方面的书目

昨天SD2.0 2009大会上的演讲很受大家欢迎，在这里感谢大家捧场了！

 

会后有同事问到，有没有一些敏捷方面的推荐书目？在这里，我就分享一下我的清单了：

 

1. Scaling Lean & Agile Development, Craig Larman & Bas Vodde

  - Larman是一个很好的作者，书中很多内容很有道理，但有些观点过于激进。

 

2. Lean Software Development: An Agile Toolkit,  Mary Poppendieck and Tom Poppendieck

  - 精益是敏捷的升华，有完整的理论体系，但是这本书我还没有完整看完，暂不评论。

 

3. Test-Driven Development By Example，Kent Beck

  - 很容易读的一本书，帮你领悟TDD的概念，但对在现实开发过程中如何克服困难采用TDD帮助不大

 

4. Continuous Integration - Improving Software Quality and Reducing Risk， Paul M. Duvall with Steve Matyas and Andrew Glover

  - 中规中矩的一本书，帮你了解CI的各个方面，但没有什么亮点

 

5. Agile Project Management with Scrum, Ken Schwaber

  - 建议去上Scrum Master培训之前，先看看这本书，在决定要不要去上

 

6. Refactoring: Improving the Design of Existing Code， Martin Fowler, etc

  - 敏捷的思想起源之一，值得一看
