VMWARE虚拟机无法启动：Failed to lock the file!
当VMWare被意外结束时就可能会出现一条类似这样的错误：
Cannot open the disk ‘D:/_VM_/Windows2003/Windows2003ee.vmdk’ or one of the snapshot disks it depends on. Reason: Failed to lock the file.
原因是没有办法给相关的文件加锁，所以不能启动虚拟机。
解决方法：
只要删除虚拟机目录下相关的.LCK 文件和文件夹即可。
