Cancel Update SVN Cache doesn't cancel (Eclipse)

1) Open the Synchronize perspective
2) Close Eclipse
3) Reopen Eclipse
4) Update SVN Cache launches
5) "Updating Synchronize view for org.polarion.team.svn.ui.synchronize.update.UpdateSubscriber" also launches
6) Switch to Java perspective
7) Try to cancel the "Updating Synchronize view" - it proceeds and completes, completing ignoring the Cancel request.
